United in Europe
The EU-Solidarity Corps Community in Salzburg
Meet the European volunteers in Salzburg! In every episode we will talk with different guests and shed a bit of light on the experiences of the community of international volunteers in Salzburg participating in the European Solidarity Corps.
Volunteers will introduce their project (i.e. working place), speak freely about their motivations and experiences, what it feels like to be a foreigner in Salzburg and share a little something of their own cultures.
The radio show is also a way for young people from Salzburg/Austria to discover ways they could spend some time abroad as EU volunteers in an effort to create a more united world.
“United in Europe” is currently (2022/23) coordinated by Julia from Russia, Daniela from Italy and Josè and Julia from Spain, four of the current volunteers in Salzburg. United in Europe was started in 2021 by Alicia, one of the past ESC volunteers. Thanks to Blanca, Marina and Viki, who did the show in 2022.
Before we had many other radio formats from European Volunteers in Salzburg, usually coordinated from the volunteers working at Radiofabrik.
Sendezeiten: Jeden 3. Donnerstag im Monat von 19:06 bis 20:00 Uhr
